How I differentiate myself

One principle I believe in: the ultimate factor contributing to success is consistency. My aim is to deliver a nutritional approach tailored to each individual's needs and goals, based on decades of research in human physiology.

What I do

I help people improve their body composition, performance, and energy through personalized nutrition strategies that are simple, structured, and sustainable.

No extreme diets. No confusion. Just a clear system that works.

Background

Master's Graduate in Human Movement Sciences at Maastricht University, specializing in Sports and Nutrition.

My academic work focused on post-exercise recovery, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, with hands-on experience in controlled laboratory settings.

Practical experience

I work directly with athletes of many levels, from recreational to international, focusing on performance optimization, weight management, and effective recovery.

This includes collaborations with MMA, judo, jiu-jitsu, and endurance competitors for whom nutrition plays a critical role in performance and well-being.

My philosophy
