Background
I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences at Maastricht University, specializing in Sports and Nutrition.
My academic work focuses on areas such as muscle protein synthesis, post-exercise recovery, and carbohydrate metabolism, with hands-on experience in controlled research environments.
Practical experience
Beyond research, I work directly with athletes and active individuals, helping them manage weight, optimize performance, and recover effectively.
This includes collaboration with MMA fighters, judo athletes, and endurance competitors, where nutrition plays a critical role in performance and consistency.
My philosophy
